The Annual Charity Stewards Dinner and Cabaret was held at Bryn Masonic Hall and proved to be well supported event. In attendance was the Provincial Grand Master GM, Mark Matthews and five of his assistants, Frank Umbers, Peter Schofield, Malcolm Bell, Andrew Whittle and John James.
Following a drinks reception, everyone retired to the dining room to enjoy a sumptuous meal provided by Bryn’s catering team lead by Phil. After the meal the evening got into full swing with entertainment by Danny Seward who got everyone singing along to hits old and new.
During the evening, a raffle and auction took place raising a fantastic amount of £1,800 for the charities, and as the evening came to the end a bouquet was presented to Mark and his wife Debbie by Paul Shirley, thanking them for their attendance.
There was another surprise to follow for two guests in attendance who were celebrating their 56th wedding anniversary, when Mark presented a bouquet to Alan and Rita Johnson.
As the evening came to an end having had good food and good company, it was time everyone retired back to their homes.
