Due to COVID-19 pandemic, Alex Sharp has been waiting patiently for nearly two years for the special moment he can be made a Freemason. He applied via the Provincial website and was referred to Lodge of Chivalry No 3974 due to its lodge profile, the lodge having a number of younger members.
The Lodge of Chivalry is currently having a number of new members, on the night Alex joined two joining members were proposed. The lodge is also aware of at least two more new members and two more joining members.
Alex’s ceremony was conducted by the WM, Martin Stewart. The junior deacon who conducted Alex on his journey to taking the first step in Freemasonry was Wayne McGuffie and the Charge After Initiation was given by Stuart Flynn, both of whom were recently appointed to their respective offices.
The lodge has a busy year ahead with ceremonies at every meeting from February.
