Father meets son in passing

Thanks to the generosity of the WM of Marquis of Lorne Lodge No 1354 Ian Mann was invited to take the chair for second degree ceremony where the candidate for passing would be his son Terry. Terry has been living and working in Milton Keynes for the last few months and returned home especially to be passed to the degree of a fellowcraft.

Ian and Terry.

Ian and Terry.

In a practised and thoroughly enjoyable ceremony Terry was guided expertly around the lodge by Aiden Murphy, Ian iterated the charge for the south east corner, Stephen Bamford gave a beautifully sincere and word perfect rendition of the long version of the second degree tools, for which he had only a few days to practice. However the piece de resistance was the second degree charge delivered to the mesmerised and appreciative brethren by Andrew Hardman.
