Last installation of the season for Provincial Wardens
The Provincial Grand Master, Peter Hosker, accompanied by the Provincial Wardens and Eddie Caulfield (Assistant Provincial Grand Master) along with Sam Robinson and Paul Hesketh both of whom are Deputy Provincial Grand Director of Ceremonies, Anthony Bent (Leigh Group Chairman) and several other Grand and acting Provincial Grand Officers visited the installation meeting of the Lodge of Valour in Leigh.
A total of 120 brethren witnessed an excellent installation ceremony conducted by Neil James who installed John Sutton into the chair of King Solomon. At the end of the ceremony John presented several cheques on behalf of the brethren to Peter totalling £1,415, with £500 going to the 2010 Festival.
During the social board, Anthony presented a cheque for £2010 to Peter Hosker on behalf of the 219 members of the Leigh Group of Lodges and Chapters. Peter thanked Anthony on behalf of the ultimate recipients, of the donation to the 2010 Festival. Peter said the sum of £2010 for the smallest group of lodges in the province was wonderful and clear proof of their support for the 2010 Festival.
