West Lancashire Freemasons’ Charity AGM

By order of the trustees, notice is hereby given that the third Annual General Meeting of the West Lancashire Freemasons’ Charity will be held at Leyland Masonic Hall, Wellington Park, Burlington Gardens, Church Road, Leyland PR25 3AB at 11am on Thursday 22 September 2011 to transact the following business:

To receive the accounts for the year ended 31 March 2011 and the report of the charity trustees and auditors.

Under the charity’s scheme all subscribing members of a Craft lodge in the Province of West Lancashire shall be allowed to attend but not vote at the meeting.

Refreshments will be available from 10 am.
